It's Lovely! I'll Take It!

I always like to stay on the cutting edge of the internet. Believe me, it's sharp like a knife. You'll thank me for this work after checking out this site...it's potentially one of the most creative (and hilarious) new blogs I've seen. This little gem is called "It's Lovely! I'll Take It!" The premise is so simple it's brilliant. Take one part real estate establishment (the "requirement" to have photos of a listed property), one part terrible photographer (typically the real estate agent or a proxy), and one part sarcastic wit, and you've got comic gold. Please check it out when you get a chance. I'm just jealous I didn't come up with the idea myself. One of my personal faves? See below...

Not Really A Selling Point

"Does the dog come with the house? Does the sofa? If not, why is there a photo of them -- a photo that shows nothing about the house?

I take it back. It does show something about the house. Something about what to expect if you go visit it. But perhaps this is something that the seller should consider not advertising."
